Kawagoe Tobu Hotel

The room was clean and still new. The interior was pretty and cute. The bathtub was generously spacious.

One button turns on most of the room lights all together. Couldn’t turn on a specific light only. It was a bit inconvenient.

Parking was very difficult to find, as the car park is located behind the hotel and there was no prior indication provided before arrival. Additionally, the staff had very limited English proficiency.The hotel lobby was also hard to locate, as there were no English signs at ground level indicating that the lobby is on higher Level.

-The room was new and clean with space and bathroom and toilet is separated.-Location is so good, it's connected to main station.-Breakfast is so good with variety of foods.

-Please provide microwave. -Breakfast place is outside hotel area, so it's a little inconvenient. You have to go down to avenue zone for it.

A great place to be based especially if you are visiting Moomin Valley Park and Kawagoe town

Would be good to get drip coffee bags in room! But that is covered by free instant coffee bar.

Parking information as prior checking, very diffcult to locate where to park and also unawared the extra charge involved.Also the english level of stuff is very limited.

The hotel is quite new and very clean. Despite room a bit small but the bed is comfortable.

It is a very nice hotel to stay with a good value.So many eateries to visit nearby and about 7 to 10 minutes walk to kawagoe station.Staff is very nice and attentive, breakfast was exquisite for the price you pay.

Location of the hotel was a bit hidden.Its located on the 7th floor of the mall.

There are many wonderful hotels in Japan, but the level of service here is 5 star. All the staff were so nice. They greeted us every time we were in the lobby and even rushed to press the elevator button for us. Personally, I think they are treated well as employees of this hotel and it shows in how they treat their guests,

The location was super convenient, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean..

The in-room TV showed that the coin laundry was available, but several times I went down, the machines would still be in use.

Excellent location that was close to train and bus station (literally located above the station). Good breakfast buffet and lots of restaurants & shopping nearby.

Beds were a bit too firm for my comfort but might be fine for others.

Great location right next to Kawagoe station, efficient check-in/check-out, clean. Lots of shopping & food in the station shopping mall. Large TV, refrigerator. Cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was very basic and small for 2 people. Limited storage area. Concierge service was challenged by English, although they tried and were pleasant.

Great location inside U-Place mall, connected by pedestrian bridge to the JR Kawagoe station and several malls.Lobby was nice, with free coffee from a machine.Room was spacious and very comfortable.The soap and hair amenities were by far the best I have used in any hotel, huge fan.Very reasonable price.

Would be nice if skincare was provided, otherwise nothing to complain about.

I've had their breakfast option and it is great. Wide variety of food and everything was well prepared. Very convenient place to stay, within minutes from Kawagoe station. Many great places to eat. It's a very central place if you're wanting to explore the city of Kawagoe.

The people in front desk were extremely helpful and tried fulfilling all my requests. This is a good property for business visits.

For the first timers, the entrance to the hotel is a bit confusing, even for the local taxi drivers. It they can explain this in details while making reservations, it would be very helpful.
